Refund Policy
- We do not offer any refunds unless an issue was done from our end such as delivery concern, or product quality issues.
- To qualify as an exception, items must be unused, sealed, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To request a return, you must email or contact the sales representative responsible. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if approved.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days once we’ve received and inspected the return. Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your package upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened tea or perishable goods
- Custom orders or personalized items
- Personal care goods (beauty or wellness products)
- Hazardous/flammable materials
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
