Shipping Information

• Weekdays: Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across Lebanon.
• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after Friday 2 PM or during public holidays will be delivered on the following Tuesday. If you have an urgent request, please email or contact us.

Delivery Fees

• Beirut & Greater Beirut: $3-$5
• Other regions in Lebanon: $7-$10 depending on location
• International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Returns
If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number, reason for return, and photos if the order arrived damaged. Our Support Team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through a refund or replacement.

Return Terms:

• We cannot accept returns of opened tea boxes or used products.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
